Donna Kelce was born in Westlake, Ohio, on October 5, 1989, to Ed and Donna Kelce. He also happens to be the younger brother of fellow NFL player Jason Kelce.

He was a three-sport athlete at Cleveland Heights High School in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, where he played football, basketball, and baseball.

He was a three-year winner as quarterback for the Tigers, earning All-Lake Erie League accolades following a senior season in which he totaled 2,539 yards of total offense. In 2007, he rushed for 1,016 yards and ten touchdowns and passed for 1,523 yards, 21 touchdowns, and eight interceptions.
