A former federal Labor MP, Craig Thomson, has been accused of participating in a multi-million dollar migration fraud.

Craig Thomson was charged with 30 fraud-related offenses, including 20 charges of falsifying documents or supplying false information about non-citizens.

He has been denied bail and is appearing in Gosford Local Court tomorrow. 

Craig is now at risk for being sentenced for ten years in prison if convicted.

Over four years, the former Dobell member has been accused of facilitating more than 130 fraudulent visa applications involving foreign employees in the foodservice and regional farm work industries.
