Martha Marlow had to leave behind her studies after she was diagnosed with a rare auto-inflammatory condition while in her second year at the National Art School.

She was forced to put her love for art and music on hold after changes in her body sapped her from the strength.

She had already written many songs that would appear later in her debut album Medicine Man when she began to detect changes in her body.

As things worsened, Martha was forced to spend more time in and out of hospitals and had to concentrate on recuperating.

Martha Marlow was born in the year 1990 in the middle of August making her current age 31. 

Though known for her voice, Martha Marlow is also a landscape painter and an illustrator.  The singer claims she is drawn to the canvas in the same way she is drawn to the water near her home. 

Martha earned the drawing award in her first year at the National Art School in Sydney, where she majored in oil painting. She was busy creating several of the songs that would appear on her debut album, ‘Medicine Man,’.

She was a finalist in the famous Paddington Landscape Art Prize in 2020, and she is currently preparing a Works On Paper exhibition.
