Marilyn Mosby has two children from her marriage with Nick J. Mosby. Her kids’ names are Aniyah Mosby and Nylyn Mosby. She lives with her family in Reservoir Hill.

Marilyn Mosby Case update: Is she indicted?

The grand jury has released their verdict and indicted her of perjury and false mortgage applications. She lied on her application saying that she is taking out money from her retirement account due to Covid hardship.

Mosby took money from the account and used it to pay the down payment of her two vacation homes in Florida. After this incident was public, people are starting to doubt her credibility. she was once believed to be the face of new America.

If she is convicted of the crime, she could face up to 5 years for perjury and 30 years for each of her false mortgage applications. Many people are interested in her case, some are her supporters, and some are her haters.
