Murder Case Update -Is There A Video Proof
Ms. Tustin’s defense argued in her final argument at Coventry Crown Court that the kid was habitually abused by Mr. Hughes at their Solihull home and had warned others that his dad was going to murder him.
Also, A video of Arthur has been released on the subject of the case.
Arthur died on June 16, 2020, after suffering an unsurvivable brain injury while under the sole care of Ms. Tustin at her house on Cranmore Road in Shirley, Solihull.
Despite medical evidence indicating that Arthur could not have self-inflicted his fatal injuries, Ms. Tustin, 32, said she was not to blame.
She has pled guilty to two child abuse charges, which accused her of intimidating and assaulting children. She denies a third count charging her with poisoning Arthur.
Judge Ms. Prior stated that the defendant had been portrayed as manipulative. She said that Arthur had been struggling since his birth mother was imprisoned for murder.
