Susan Tidey and Alistair Tidey were both flung to the side of the road. Mr. Tidey was placed face down in the back of one of the kidnappers’ cars and hit in the head with a weapon. Someone sat on his ribs, cracking one of them.
Mr. Tidey was rescued after 23 days.
