Law enforcement agencies report that Wesley Allen Beeler drove his van to a checkpoint set up by police which was located in the north side of the Capitol building. Once he was pulled over, police immediately noticed provoking quotes written on his Ford pick-up. The words written in the stickers promoted violence and gun assault.
As it arouses suspicion of the officials, he was taken out of the truck and handcuffed. Later, police recovered 509 rounds of 9mm ammunition, 17-round Glock 17 magazine, two unregistered Glock 9mm handguns, and 21 12-gauge shotgun cartridges, all in his vehicle.
The authorities have charged him with illegally carrying a weapon, possession of an unregistered weapon, and unregistered ammunition, among other offenses.
